Arizona Cardinals LB John Abraham had took a week to sit out and evaluate his career. He was mulling over retirement from the league after suffering from another concussion against the San Diego Chargers in the opening week of the season.

After careful consideration, Abraham has decided to return to the field and join the rest of his team per Adam Schefter.

Abraham is one of the few players on the roster that is able to provide a pass rush on defense. He will see plenty of opportunities to chase down quarterbacks. The defense in Arizona is stout and he will just add to the equation.

The Cardinals have opened up the season by winning their first 2 games and are sitting at the top of the division after the Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers lost last night.
