Arizona Cardinals LB John Abraham has been absent from camp for the last few weeks. His absence has been excused, but the team has still been waiting for him to make his return. He did get arrested for drunk driving in the offseason, but I don’t know if that is the reason for his absence. The reason for his absence is still unknown, but he is set to make his return with the rest of his team today.

He is expected to return to camp in shape, but he will have to knock some of the rust off during camp. He has a few preseason games that he can get onto the field for and will be working hard through practice. The Cardinals open up the regular season against the San Diego Chargers as the Monday Night game in week 1.
The team will be looking for Abraham to bring the pass rush and help lead this defense. It will be good for him to get back on the field and he should have enough time to get prepped for the start of the season. There is a lot of work for him to do though.
