With their second selection of the seventh-round, the Falcons may look to add some depth to their secondary with a developmental prospect.
Webb finished the 2014 season with 70 combined tackles, two pass defenses and four interceptions.
According to KansasCity.com, Missouri coach Gary Pinkel believes Webb is a consistent player at safety and a good decision-maker:
"“He’s always had a tendency to put himself in the right spots and makes very few errors,” Grinch said. “You’re not going to see a lot of mental errors from Braylon, partly because of the experience and partly because of his mental aptitude and understanding of the game.”"
Webb has good speed and agility and is a strong tackler. He has awareness of the game and would be a solid developmental prospect for the Falcons with their final selection of the draft.
As the Falcons look to improve their pass defense, they can add a player for the future in Webb. He would likely spend most of his time on special teams as a rookie, but he has the potential to become a more important piece of the secondary later on.
