3. Tom Brady throws for over 400, Saints RBs total over 200

Honestly, maybe this prediction isn’t all that bold. After all, Tom Brady is still at the top of his game, and has a wealth of receivers. Furthermore, the Saints have a triad of dangerous running backs to hand the ball to.

Usually, the Saints rely on Drew Brees’ arm. But with Willie Snead suspended, and the Patriots defense appearing susceptible to running backs, expect New Orleans to run the ball. Adrian Peterson — give that man the ball — Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara round out the Saints’ backfield.

The Saints defense allowed Sam Bradford to absolutely carve them up for 346 yards and three touchdowns. Additionally, Bradford completely an unprecedented 84.4 percent of his passes. And Bradford was throwing to Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs. Brady will be passing to Brandin Cooks, Rob Gronkowski, Chris Hogan, Danny Amendola and Dwayne Allen.

This game has all the makings of a fantasy football masterpiece. Remember the Giants-Saints game from 2015? Expect something similar in this one.

I think the Saints will want to actually try to establish the run, while the Patriots — and Tom Brady — will want to extract revenge on anyone doubting them. If you have one of these defenses in fantasy, don’t start them.
