9. Allen Hurns, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars (36.1 percent owned)

The idea of starting a Jaguars wide receiver not named Allen Robinson scares owners and trust me, I get it. Jacksonville is doing everything in their power to not let Blake Bortles throw the ball and the upside for any Jaguars wide receiver simply isn’t there. Yet, Hurns could be useful this week.

The Jaguars current targets leader, Marqise Lee, missed practice on Thursday and only got in a limited session Friday. There’s a better chance than not Lee misses Sunday’s game. If that happens, Hurns should see double-digit targets. The matchup against the Steelers won’t be easy, but his expected volume increases his upside.. If for some reason Lee suits up on Sunday, you can just go ahead and ignore his little blurb.

8. Jamaal Williams, RB, Green Bay Packers (20.7 percent owned)

When Ty Montgomery went down with an injury in Week 4, Williams instantly became an important player to know. That moment lasted for about five seconds because shortly after, Williams himself left the game with a knee injury.

Williams is ready to suit up for Week 5 while Montgomery is listed as doubtful. If T-Mont misses Sunday’s game, Williams and fellow rookie running back, Aaron Jones, would form a two-man committee in the Packers explosive offense.
