Winner: Buffalo Bills

My word, this is something that I didn’t anticipate myself writing this season. The Buffalo Bills looked essentially helpless after the first two weeks. What’s more, they were up against a Vikings defense that is highly regarded in the league in Week 3 and were going into that matchup with LeSean McCoy out. Yet, rookie Josh Allen came out of nowhere to play quite great and the defense dominated Minnesota’s offense. As a result, the Bills aren’t going 0-16, and that’s a bigger win than any 27-6 victory in itself could be.

Loser: San Francisco 49ers

Jimmy Garoppolo most likely tore his ACL in what essentially amounted to garbage time of the San Francisco 49ers loss to the Chiefs in Week 3. This team can’t handle that type of loss to their offense. There’s a reason they invested so heavily in their quarterback and, without him, this is about to be a long remaining 13 games of the year for the Niners.

Loser: Dallas Cowboys offense

There have been numerous concerns about the Dallas Cowboys at the start of 2018, most of them about the offense. Last week as the beat the Giants, however, it seemed like maybe some of those worries would be quelled moving forward. That wasn’t the case, unfortunately. While Ezekiel Elliott had some nice runs, mistakes by the running back, Dak Prescott and most everyone on the offense forced them to deliver a dud and drop to 1-2 on the year with a loss.

Winner: Tennessee Titans

At the start of the day, the Tennessee Titans didn’t want to play Marcus Mariota because the quarterback wasn’t 100 percent. Yet, he was forced into action following a Blaine Gabbert injury and had to play against the vaunted Jaguars defense. Even still, the Titans proved they are not a team to take lightly as, even with an injured quarterback leading the offense, they were able to hold Jacksonville to six points and grind out a huge win that puts them atop the AFC South after three weeks.
