Arizona Cardinals: Fire General Manager Steve Keim

The Arizona Cardinals are clearly in a rebuild, but they seem to have found their guy at quarterback as Josh Rosen has shown flashes of brilliance. They have players like David Johnson on offense that will also help to build around, but the problem is the guy building the team should be fire.

More from NFL Spin Zone

General manager Steve Keim decided to spend money on signing Sam Bradford instead of using that to re-sign Tyrann Mathieu. And for that reason alone, the Cardinals should not trust Keim going forward, even if he was part of the group that drafted Rosen.

Decisions like signing Bradford over Mathieu are ones that can set a franchise back for years and the Cardinals should get a new GM as soon as possible so they can build off of the core they currently have.

Atlanta Falcons: Julio Jones isn’t a top 5 Wide Receiver

To be honest, saying Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones isn’t a top five receiver is not much of an overreaction for me, but I know it will be for other people. Jones is great at putting up big numbers throughout games, but the most important number, touchdowns, has a big fat goose egg next to it for Jones in 2018.

To make matters worse, over the last 25 games, Jones has only scored nine touchdowns, highlighting a huge problem with his game. Now, many fans will blame quarterback Matt Ryan for this, but Jones has dropped some big passes that could have been touchdowns and has been locked up when he gets in the red zone. There is no debating that Jones is talented, however, he is no longer a top five wide receiver in the NFL.
