Welcome Back, Mason Crosby

The NFL is a week-to-week league. Mason Crosby is example No. 1. Last week, Crosby had his worst game of his career. He went 1-for-5 on field goals and 0-for-1 on extra points. The 13 points he left on the board cost the Green Bay Packers the win as they would eventually lose by just eight points.

Crosby knew he had to bounce back after last week in Detroit. He had the support of his teammates, coaching staff, and the majority of fans. After making his first field goal, fans at Lambeau stood up and applauded Crosby. By the end of the game, fans were confident in Crosby to make the game-winning kick, and that’s exactly what he did.

It was a night full of emotion for him. No one deserved what he did more. Fans were calling for his job. Facing adversity, Crosby shut up the haters with a couple of beautiful kicks. Crosby would go 4 for 4 on field goals and 3 for 3 on extra points, a career night for the all-time leading scorer in Packers history.
