3. The defense gets pressure on Joe Flacco

Last week against the Washington Redskins, the New Orleans Saints were amazing. It was their first Monday night game of the season and the team stole the show. Not only did Drew Brees become the all-time NFL passing yards leader, but they won with a 43-19 score.

We also saw a glimpse of hope for the Saints defense as they didn’t give up many points and looked to be working together. This week against the Ravens, the Saints defense will truly solidify their chemistry. Most notably, I predict the Saints defense getting in Joe Flacco’s face and putting the pressure on.

Two players who are key to getting the pressure on Flacco are Cameron Jordan and Demario Davis. Jordan has been the leader of the Saints defense and has been making quarterbacks miserable for years. As for Davis, he recently joined the team and has made a splash especially against the Giants. The two are at the forefront of the defense and thus far have been standouts.

Against the Ravens, they’ll be the main agitators to Flacco. In addition to pressuring Flacco, the Saints are going to stop the Ravens run game. They’ve been dynamic so far in stopping the run and I don’t see the streak ending anytime soon.

I predict that the Saints defense will get pressure on Flacco and sack him three or more times.
