5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

First off, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been one of the most difficult teams to figure out over the last couple of years since despite all of the talent to work with on offense, they keep coming up short in expectations.

Even a few years ago when DeSean Jackson was brought on board to provide the offense with a speedy deep threat playing alongside one of the game’s best in Mike Evans, the Buccaneers just couldn’t figure out a way to stay consistent.

Speaking of Jackson, it will be interesting to see how the next few weeks play out for the veteran since there were already trade rumors last season, but also he made comments recently during an interview about his desire to play for the Los Angeles Rams.

Since the Rams are set at receiver, the chance of Jackson ending up in Los Angeles are extremely slim. But if Tampa Bay did end up deciding that it would be time to move on from Jackson, it would be interesting to see if they could become a sleeper trade candidate for Brown.

Plus, with new head coach Bruce Arians on board, there’s every reason to believe he would love the opportunity to give Jameis Winston a chance to work with Brown on offense.
