Over the years, Garrett has found his name on the hot seat numerous times with the Cowboys, and Sunday was the perfect example of why there has been so much frustration from the fan base.
At the moment, the Cowboys currently hold the head-to-head tiebreaker over the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC East standing, but no one needs to explain just how quickly things can change in the division race.
With all due respect to the Vikings, Sunday was a game the Cowboys were in perfect position to win before it slipped away on that final drive with a few questionable play calls.
Down the road, this could be one of those games in which Dallas looks back on wishing the results turned out differently since there’s a good chance the race for the division title with Philadelphia is going to come right down to the wire.
The Cowboys keep hinting that Garrett’s job is safe, but depending on how things go over the next month or so, things could quickly change in Dallas.
