Stud: Julian Edelman

Julian Edelman has continued his strong 2019 campaign in the 11th week of action this weekend, once again proving to be a vital piece to what New England tries to be able to accomplish on the offensive side of the ball. The veteran wideout finished the game with a total of 53 receiving yards on five catches and 10 targets, also recording a game-long reception of 14 yards in the matchup.

While he is normally on the receiving end of the passing attack, Edelman was able to showcase his throwing abilities in the game as well, throwing for one touchdown when he found Phillip Dorsett in the endzone for a touchdown connection in the third quarter to put New England out in front.

Edelman has continued time and time again to step up for the Patriots while showing everyone why he has been viewed as an important piece to this team for so many years and especially in 2019.

Dud: Not taking advantage of Eagles turnovers

Overall in the game, Philadelphia only turned the ball over to New England a total of one time, which featured a fumble by Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz that was recovered by the Patriots defense.

In totality, the Eagles actually fumbled the ball a total of three times in the contest but recovered the other two fumbles while avoiding the Patriots the opportunity to put the game away. If New England were to take advantage of the turnovers that Philadelphia committed throughout the game, this contest would have likely not have been as close as it was.
