As you know, the Jaguars have struggled to stop the run. Tampa Bay’s rushing attack is similar to that of Indianapolis. They take the two running back approach as well. But Peyton Barber and Ronald Jones combined have fewer rushing yards than Leonard Fournette’s total of 951.
You can expect that Tampa Bay will give Jameis Winston the keys to the offense. He has exceptional receivers in Chris Godwin and Mike Evans. Jacksonville must contain those two receivers as much as possible.
Here’s where Yannick Ngakoue has his big game. The Buccaneers offensive line has allowed 36 sacks which is tied for sixth in most sacks allowed, according to Football Outsiders. Ngakoue has the real opportunity to sack Winston multiple times.
He will sack Winston three times including a strip-sack. His pressures will force Winston into throwing interceptions. There might be a defensive touchdown resulting from a Buccaneers turnover.
The Jaguars defense rises to the challenge. Ngakoue has a huge game.
