Up to this point in the year, Ryan has tallied 3,246 passing yards along with 20 touchdown passes and a completion percentage of 67.3 percent. The veteran quarterback has also thrown a total of 12 interceptions up to this point in the year.
In the Week 13 loss at home against the New Orleans Saints, Ryan didn’t necessarily shine in the defeat in Atlanta against one of the top teams in the NFC and NFL in general, resulting in him needing to have a bounce-back week this weekend back home at Mercedes Benz Stadium.
In the loss on Thanksgiving Day, Ryan finished converting on 35 of his overall 50 pass attempts, throwing for 312 yards and two touchdowns while throwing two interceptions as well. Ryan, who was sacked a total of nine times in the game, also fumbled the ball twice on offense.
In order for the Falcons to return back into the win column and end the two-game losing streak on Sunday afternoon, Ryan will have to get back to being his dominant self and help propel this Atlanta offense at home in Week 14.
