Cleveland Browns (6-7) at Arizona Cardinals (3-9-1)

Sunday, December 15, 4:05PM ET

Somehow, the Cleveland Browns are still clinging to postseason dreams. Their grip is about as flimsy as can be, and one final loss should bring an end to what has been an exceptionally underwhelming campaign. The Arizona Cardinals should deliver the final blow.

Yes, the Cardinals have been even more underwhelming this year. And yet, they didn’t come into the season with nearly as high of expectations. Despite the six-game losing streak they’re currently on, they’ve been relatively competitive in most of those outings. Even last week, they rode a 17-point fourth quarter to nearly upset the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Let’s just be honest — the Browns aren’t that good. Baker Mayfield isn’t living up the hype or taking advantage of the talent around him. The Cleveland defense has also sorely disappointed, and it’s cost them winnable games in 2019. It’ll do exactly that yet again in Week 15, dropping a must-win game against the Cardinals.

Kyler Murray delivers, throwing several touchdowns while also hurting the Browns with his feet. Larry Fitzgerald has an outstanding game, and the Cardinals defense racks up at least four sacks. It’s still a close call, but Arizona finally breaks the losing streak and plays spoiler.

Prediction: Cardinals win 36-27
