19. Lock records third multi-touchdown game in a row

Even though it’s impossible to determine what could have been, Denver Broncos can’t help but wonder how different this season would be if Drew Lock were healthy enough to be playing on this high of a level at the beginning of the season.

For a team that has experienced all sorts of quarterback issues dating back to the day when Peyton Manning decided to call it a career by retiring, the Broncos would love nothing more than to see Lock become the new franchise star to build the offense around.

Two games doesn’t necessarily guarantee that all will continue to go well for Lock in Denver’s offense, but it certainly has been to watch over the last two weeks.

After pulling off one of the biggest upsets from Week 14 by taking down the Houston Texans on the road, the Broncos will look to carry that momentum over into Sunday’s meeting with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Defeating their rivals on the road will be far from easy since the Chiefs are a top contender in the AFC for a reason, but even if the Broncos come up short, at least the experience for Lock should continue to pay off for beyond the 2019 season.
