4. Elliott runs wild for 125 yards, 2 TDs

Of the many frustrating things about the Dallas Cowboys recently has been Ezekiel Elliott’s usage. Early in the season, Jason Garrett seemed too insistent on using Elliott when Dak Prescott and the passing attack were the best part of the offense. Recently, however, Elliott has been a monster but Garrett seems all too eager to remove him from the equation.

That’s exactly what Wade Phillips, Sean McVay and the Rams would like to do to Dallas on Sunday: Get them away from what’s working. Instead, Garrett can’t let them do that and should take advantage of a porous run defense.

I believe he does that on Sunday and Elliott feasts as a result. He’ll look like the running back he’s being paid to be as he goes off for 125 yards and at leats one score against LA.

3. Goff, Dak put up similar 2 TD-2 INT lines

Despite putting up good overall numbers on the season, both Jared Goff and Dak Prescott have been highly imperfect quarterbacks in 2019. In addition for having a propensity for garbage-time stats, both players have also shown the affinity for throwing interceptions more often than teams would like, Goff having 14 on the year and Prescott having 11 thus far.

Though the Cowboys defense hasn’t been playing well and though the Rams defense has been playing their best ball of the season, we’ll see each unit meet in the middle on Sunday afternoon at AT&T Stadium. They’ll get burned a couple of times but will also make some plays, which will leave Goff and Prescott with playing very similar games as they each end up with two scores and two picks.
