In the Week 15 win on the road against the Cincinnati Bengals, the New England defense once again displayed its dominance in a victory in its final road game of the 2019 campaign, recording a total of four interceptions in the contest.
One area that the Patriots have thrived in on that side of the field so far this year is being able to force opposing offenses into turning the ball over, leading the NFL in interceptions going into Week 16 this weekend.
On Saturday night in a big AFC East showdown against Buffalo, New England’s defense will once again rise up to the occasion and will step up to help give Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and the rest of the offense the ability to jump out to a lead and take care of business on their side of the ball.
That will ultimately help lead the Patriots to put themselves in a position to claim the division title and snag their second straight win going into the regular season finale in Week 17.
