5. Jets vs. Steelers

As frustrating as it was for the Pittsburgh Steelers to come up short last weekend at home against the Buffalo Bills, the good news is Mike Tomlin’s squad still sits in the No. 6 seed for the AFC playoff picture.

But if the Steelers end up suffering another rough loss like Sunday, their playoff chances could be in serious jeopardy since teams like the Tennessee Titans would love to swoop in for a Wild Card spot if given the opportunity.

From a realistic perspective, a team like the New York Jets would seem like an easy win for Pittsburgh, but this is one of the last teams the Steelers can afford to sleep on.

For starters, football fans remember well from earlier in the season when the Jets pulled off a shocking win over the Dallas Cowboys, meaning this is a team that surprisingly plays well from time to time.

Not to mention, Pittsburgh just watched Develin Hodges toss four interceptions during last weekend’s loss to Buffalo, and will also need to worry about Le’Veon Bell looking for revenge after seeing how things previously played out.

So with all this is mind, it’s easy to understand why this could be one of the most underrated games to look forward to on Sunday with numerous factors coming into play.
