3. Brady steps up, takes playoff form

When it comes to Tom Brady, we have seen time and time again over the course of his 20-year NFL career that he has the ability to flip a switch and step up in the playoffs, proving to everyone why he is and will be considered one of the best quarterbacks to ever step on the field in league history.

More from NFL Spin Zone

Over the course of the 17-week regular season schedule here in 2019, Brady finished the year with a total of 4,057 passing yards while completing 60.8 percent of his 613 total pass attempts in 16 contests. Finishing the year with 24 touchdown passes, Brady managed to throw for just eight interceptions and threw for an average of 6.6 yards per pass attempt.

The veteran quarterback also displayed the rare ability to run the ball in the red zone for New England, ending the year with three touchdown rushes, which is the most since he ran for three in 2015.

In the postseason, however, Brady always seems to turn things up a notch and perform at the highest level when his team needs him to the most. While holding a playoff record of 30-10 throughout his career, Brady holds the NFL record for most playoff wins by a quarterback while starting an NFL-most 40 playoff games.

On Saturday night in the opening round of the postseason, Brady will once again lead the way for New England and will take playoff form to help propel the Patriots past the Titans and into the AFC Divisional Round.
