10. Draft Jordan Love

Finishing the 2019 season with only five wins was obviously frustrating for the Chargers and their fans, but at least draft wise, the disappointing results played a result in Los Angeles earning the sixth overall pick in the draft.

From offensive tackle to linebacker, the Chargers have numerous areas they could consider using for the No. 6 pick, but if Rivers is no longer around, quarterback may become their top priority come April, depending on how free agency plays out.

If Los Angeles does look to the draft for the successor to Rivers, one name worth keeping an eye on early in the first round could be Utah State’s Jordan Love.

At the moment, Love seems likely to fall in the second round, but if the young quarterback finds a way to impress in workouts over the next few months, his stock could easily rise a bit.

The 17 interceptions thrown this past season are obviously one of the concerns surrounding Love going in the NFL, but hopefully this issue could be fixed once he arrives in the NFL.

Since most rookie quarterbacks tend to need a year or two to help adjust to the NFL level, maybe Love would be worth the first-round risk after all.
