Skill Positions

Quarterback: Aaron Rodgers

It’s a no-brainer that Aaron Rodgers would be the pick here. Rodgers won two MVP awards, a Super Bowl MVP and was named to the Pro Bowl seven times. The Packers were 96-45-1 when Rodgers started at quarterback from 2010-19.

Running back: Aaron Jones

Had Aaron Jones not had the season he just displayed in 2019, we might be talking about Eddie Lacy as the Packers’ All-Decade running back. But based on recent performance, Jones gets the nod. In his three seasons in the NFL, Jones has 2,962 scrimmage yards and 32 total touchdowns while averaging 5.5 yards per touch.

Wide receivers: Jordy Nelson, Davante Adams

At one point, Davante Adams and Jordy Nelson actually played together. But neither played with the other in their respective prime. Adams was a young player still developing when Nelson was at his best. That said, both have been the two best receivers for the Packers over the past decade. They combined for 926 receptions, 12,356 yards and 109 touchdowns.

Tight end: Jermichael Finley

The Packers have had sour luck at the tight end position over the past few years, starting with an unfortunate career-ending neck injury suffered by Jermichael Finley in 2013. Before his traumatic injury, Finley was on his way to being one of the best tight ends in Packers history. From 2010-2013, he amassed 162 receptions for 2,035 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Flex: Randall Cobb

An important player to the Packers offense for years, Randall Cobb was known as one of Rodgers’ best friends on the team during his time in Green Bay. Drafted in 2011, Cobb scored a 108-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in his NFL debut. Before leaving for Dallas this past season, Cobb finished his career in Green Bay with 470 receptions for 5,524 yards and 41 touchdowns.
