2020 NFL Draft: 5 Best landing spots for Tua Tagovailoa
By Dan Parzych
5. Cincinnati Bengals
With the top overall pick in this year’s draft, the good news for the Cincinnati Bengals is if they really want Tagovailoa, the team can easily select him at No. 1.

But with early signs pointing to the Bengals going Joe Burrow with the top overall pick, the argument can be made that Tagovailoa ending up in Cincinnati should be viewed as a long shot at the moment.
Then again, one of the best parts about the draft is how the weekend is always filled with surprises, and if the Bengals end up deciding that Burrow isn’t the answer they were hoping for, Tagovailoa could be the team’s next best bet.
No matter what, at least Cincinnati seems determined to start with someone new at quarterback since a player like Andy Dalton can only receive so many opportunities to prove himself worthy of the job before the Bengals need to move on.
After winning just two games in 2019, it’s pretty clear that Cincinnati is going to be experiencing a year of rebuilding next season, and it’s going to be even more difficult if A.J. Green is no longer part of the picture.
Whether the Bengals decide to go with Tagovailoa, Burrow, or someone else, at least Zac Taylor will most likely have a new quarterback of his own to work with once April arrives.
