10. Demarcus Robinson, Kansas City Chiefs (Free Agency)

By far the most non-descript player that will appear among these 10 possible targets for the Raiders this offseason, Demarcus Robinson could still offer a great deal of value for Carr and the passing offense. This past season with the Super Bowl-winning Chiefs, the 25-year-old receiver played in all 16 games and caught 32 of his 55 targets for 449 yards and four touchdowns.

Make no mistake, Robinson would not come into the fold and become a prototypical No. 1 wide receiver — that’s simply not his skill-set. However, he has proven to be a viable deep threat with big-time speed and playmaking ability. In terms of looking to diversify the receiving corps, Robinson would give Las Vegas an element they don’t currently have on offense. Moreover, they’d likely be able to land him at a relatively modest price.

9. Denzel Mims, Baylor Bears (NFL Draft)

As mentioned, Mayock and Gruden not only have two first-round picks in the 2020 NFL Draft to work with but also have three selections in the third round at their disposal. If the board falls in the first round in a way where they either aren’t getting good value at wide receiver or are getting great value at other positions of need, then they could wait until the third round to take a player like Denzel Mims.

The Baylor product would be a tremendous fit in this offense with his ability to win in contested-catch situations and be a physical presence on the outside. Not only would he be a reliable weapon for Carr, especially with NFL coaching to develop his route-running, but his willingness and effectiveness as a blocker would serve the Raiders well as they continue to run the offense through Jacobs.
