Out with Andy Dalton, in with Joe Burrow.

The LSU alum was essentially an overnight sensation for the Tigers, leading his school to the national championship and asserting himself as one of the top quarterback prospects to come into the league in years.

With impeccable talent, sneaky athleticism and unquestionable football IQ, Burrow is everything you want in a starter.

It’s a big win for the Bengals, who have been stuck in mediocre mode for some time now. With second-year head coach Zac Taylor now possessing a top-flight quarterback, he should be able to get this team pointed in the right direction.

It’s a lot of pressure to heap on a rookie’s shoulders, but Burrow seems up to the task of returning Cincinnati to relevance.
