Las Vegas Raiders: 3 Dream trade targets from Cowboys before 2020 training camp
By Dan Parzych
3. Sean Lee
A few years ago, Sean Lee would have been considered a dream linebacker to land in a trade since he was considered one of the best players in the league at his position and his leadership is one of a kind.

- Dallas Cowboys made the trade everyone else should have made
- Pittsburgh Steelers rookie sleeper everyone should be talking about
- Anthony Richardson putting jaw-dropping talent on display immediately
- Denver Broncos’ stud wide receiver might be out for a while
- Washington Commanders: Three takeaways from win over Ravens
And even though Lee’s level of play has been on somewhat of a decline in recent years, the veteran still seems capable of bringing plenty to the table not just for the Cowboys, but any team that would be willing to express interest.
With that being said, the fact that Dallas only re-signed Lee to a one-year deal this offseason could be a hint the team isn’t exactly committed to the linebacker for the long run and unfortunately it’s easy to understand why with his history of injuries.
Even if Lee finally managed to play in every game for the first time in his career last season, the veteran appears to be at a point in his career where the Cowboys could afford to make a trade where it wouldn’t hurt the defense as much.
Seeing how the Raiders play in the same division as Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, the defense will need to be on top of their game, or it could result in Las Vegas watching the playoffs from home.
