2. Atlanta passing game will bounce back

In the loss on the road to the Packers on Monday Night Football in Week 4, the Falcons’ dominant receiving duo of Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley were absent for most of the contest, with Ridley not managing to record a single catch while Jones finished with just four catches before exiting the game with a hamstring injury.

Others managed to step up in the surprising absence of Jones and Ridley, but Atlanta’s passing game as a whole didn’t look like what we have been accustomed to seeing out of it through the first three games of the 2020 season.

In the game against Green Bay, quarterback Matt Ryan was only able to throw for a total of 285 yards through the air, while the Falcons failed to get in the endzone via the pass in the defeat.

In Week 5 this weekend against Carolina, Atlanta will have to get the offense back on track and rolling once again, with the hopes of remaining fully healthy among the receiving group throughout the entire game.

Against the Panthers on Sunday afternoon, the Falcons will be able to accomplish that and will see a bounce back performance from Ryan and company through the air back at home in Atlanta.
