13. team. 26. . . Previous: 13th. Baltimore Ravens

Play on Monday Night Football vs. Cleveland Browns – It might be a bit premature to claim the Baltimore Ravens are back, but they did at least stop the bleeding this past Tuesday night. Following a three-game losing streak, they had their game with Dallas rescheduled (following rescheduling of their game with Pittsburgh) and finally met them in primetime on Tuesday.

With Lamar Jackson back under center, the Baltimore offense looked like itself. Jackson had just 107 yards passing but he threw two touchdowns and was dangerous with his legs once again. Jackson had 94 yards and a touchdown but he wasn’t even the leader in that department. That honor belonged to Gus Edwards who had 101 yards on just seven carries.

In all, Baltimore finished with 294 yards on the ground as they carved up the Cowboys defense. While it’s easy to shrug that off, the fact is, the Cleveland Browns defense isn’t much better. And the Ravens did make it look easy against them in Week 1 when they beat Cleveland 38-6 in the season opener.

Since then, the two teams have gone in different directions as the 7-5 Ravens are looking up at the 9-3 Browns —‚ an odd sight for sure. Even with a win Monday, Baltimore would have work to do, but it could go a long way toward helping them get back into the playoff race. It’s not exactly a must-win, but it’s close.
