6. Kenny Stills (Texans)

After flashing in New Orleans and Miami as a big-play threat, Kenny Stills joined the Texans as part of the big Laremy Tunsil trade and the hope was that he’d continue his previous work. That didn’t totally happen, though.

Stills played only 23 games over the past two seasons with Houston and managed only 51 receptions for 705 yards and five touchdowns. It would suffice it to say that his value is lower than it’s been in quite a while. But that could play into what the Packers can do in free agency.

If Green Bay wants a speedy deep receiver that could be more consistent than Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Stills could be their guy. Not only is he still under 30 years old with potential to shine in the right offense but he should be more than affordable as well.

5. Marvin Jones Jr. (Lions)

Throughout his career, especially with the Lions over the last five years, Marvin Jones Jr. has been one of the more underrated wide receivers in the league. If someone told you that the 31-year-old had nine touchdowns in three of his last four seasons and has been over 750 yards in every season in which he played double-digit games with Detroit, you might not even believe them. Yet, that’s what he’s accomplished.

Given his age and his seeming underrated nature, Jones could also represent a value pickup in free agency that would fit into the Packers price range if they want to work on the cheaper side. He would help diversify what the Green Bay wide receivers do in the passing game and be a more reliable pass-catcher than the other role players outside of Adams.
