NFL Free Agency: Most improved units so far

3. Denver Broncos Offense

I’m not sure if anyone has heard, but the Denver Broncos have a quarterback.

They were able to pull off a trade for Super Bowl-winning quarterback, instantly making the Denver Broncos a viable Super Bowl contender.

Denver started Teddy Bridgewater and Drew Lock in 2021.  They are set to start Russell Wilson in 2022 and beyond.  The difference in skill level is absurd and the Broncos will be right in the thick of it all season long.

Ever since their Super Bowl appearance, they’ve had mediocre offenses led by mediocre quarterbacks.

Now, they get to properly utilize their offensive weapons, which feature Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy, Tim Patrick, and Javonte Williams.

We also can’t count out KJ Hamler, who is returning from a torn ACL and has 4.2 speed.

For years, the Broncos’ offense has ranked among the very worst in the NFL, along with their quarterback performances.

With the addition of Russell Wilson, the team and its offense are set to explode in 2022.
