Three best landing spots for DK Metcalf

3. Philadelphia Eagles

In their first year with Nick Sirianni and Jalen Hurts, the Philadelphia Eagles went 9-8 and squeaked into the playoffs.

The Eagles will look to build on their surprising 2021 season.  They have three first-round picks in 2022, which is an insane amount of capital.  They pick 15th, 16th, and 19th.  Some might argue that the Eagles could use one or more of their first-round picks and take impact players on offense, but how likely is it that a potential wide receiver with the 16th overall pick can end up having the same impact as DK Metcalf?

What sounds better, DK Metcalf + 16th and 19th overall, or no Metcalf and 15th, 16th, and 19th overall?

To me, sending one of the first-round picks to Seattle makes a ton of sense.  Philly would still have a ton of capital to work with in the first round and would still be able to chase someone in the top ten if they really wanted.

On the field, a Metcalf + DeVonta Smith duo would surely worry opposing defenses.

Being that the Eagles are a strong running team, adding a potential potent passing attack with arguably two WR1s is an opportunity that the Eagles might not be able to pass up.
