Week 5 of the 2026 NFL Season for the remaining unbeaten teams in the league is over. There are just three teams with perfect records through the first five weeks, and all of them actually have some rather notable concerns.

The league truly feels wide open this year, as there are some clear regression squads, and others that are overachieving. Simply put, it feels like you could argue that 10 different teams have what it takes to win the Super Bowl this year. Yes, it is still early, but we're nearing the middle of October, so things are really beginning to sort themselves out.

Let's power-rank the three remaining unbeaten teams as Week 5 closes out.

3. Minnesota Vikings (5-0)

It's hard to fully buy into the Minnesota Vikings right now, but 5-0 is 5-0. The defense has been outstanding this year. Brian Flores' defense ranks 1st in the NFL in points allowed per game, and they have allowed over 16 points in just one of five games this year, which doesn't feel like a real stat.

The main issue with Minnesota is the state of the offense. Kyler Murray does seem to be putting things together, but it's unclear at the moment just how good Murray and this unit can be. They rank 20th in points scored per game, as Murray just has not fully taken off at the moment.

If this defensive dominance is sustainable, the Vikings should be able to cruise to an NFC North title, and it also makes you wonder just how far this team could go if Murray and the offense come alive here in the coming weeks.

The Vikings are a very good team, no doubt, but they feel like the 'worst' of the unbeaten teams thus far, as the offense is just something that hasn't come together at the moment. With Kevin O'Connell running the show, though, there is reason to believe they'll figure something out.
