Week 6 of the 2026 season is nearing it's end, and our latest NFL power rankings really show that this year is as wide open as any, which is wild.
There have now been some really shocking finishes this year, and we are now late enough in the season to begin to see the hierarchy shake out in a more accurate form of how it's going to look when the regular season ends.
Let's get into our latest power rankings, always ranking teams based on their total body of work since these are our league-wide rankings.
Updated NFL Power Rankings shows that the 2026 season is wide open
Dallas, Green Bay, Washington, and San Francisco are the night primetime games on Sunday and Monday. We will update their sections when those games are completed
32. Miami Dolphins (0-5)
The Miami Dolphins come in at No. 32 in our power rankings. The Dolphins were on the bye in Week 6, but the bye likely isn’t going to change much of anything. Miami was supposed to be bad this year, and we’re seeing it play out thus far.
This might be the least talented team in the NFL, and, as the other team ranked just ahead of them, I am not sure when we will see their first win.
The 2026 season will be a forgettable one, but the Dolphins should still end up with a very high pick in the 2027 NFL Draft.
31. Los Angeles Chargers (0-6)
The Los Angeles Chargers come in at No. 31 in our power rankings. It was another pathetic loss, this time coming against Kansas City. I am not sure when the Chargers win their first game, and I am not sure we won’t see some major coaching changes made here in the coming days.
This is just abysmally bad in every sense of the word, and you almost feel bad for the team and the fans at this point.
