Caleb Williams should try to force his way to the Jets in 2024
News of Aaron Rodgers being placed on injured reserve has certainly raised some doubt about the future of the New York Jets at the quarterback position. Will Rodgers actually be back in 2024 after a ruptured Achilles? At the age of 40? I’m not sold that will be the case, and I don’t know if anyone else is, either.
3. Can the Jets, who look like they have a championship-caliber defense, afford to gamble on either of those guys with the incoming 2024 NFL Draft class at QB? I don’t think so.

Caleb Williams has allegedly already started thinking about life beyond USC, although he’s also threatened to stay at USC if he doesn’t like the situation of the team picking first overall. At this point, the oddsmakers are projecting the Arizona Cardinals to finish with the first overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, but they are followed closely by the Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, and Carolina Panthers.
